Doris Burke Forgets She's On Live TV Before Thunder/Mavs Game 3

Before the start of last night's Thunder/Mavericks game three of the NBA's Western Conference Finals, ESPN's Stuart Scott sent it out for a quick report from inside the arena in OKC.

ESPN's Doris Burke was supposed to talk about how the Ford Center was one of the toughest places to play in the NBA.

However, she forgot that she was live television and made a couple blunder along the way:

Arsenal Blunder Gives Birmingham Carling Cup

For some of our foreign viewers, we do like to cover futbol but it tends to either blooper/blunder or general mishap.

During the Carling Cup final between Arsenal and Birmingham, the score was tied at the 89th minute and appeared destined for extra time.

Then a freak play between Arsenal's goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny and Laurent Koscielny gave Birmingham's Obafemi Martins an open shot which gave Birmingham it's first league title since 1963:

Soccer Goalie FAIL on Penalty Kick

One of the toughest things to do in sports is to stop a soccer penalty kick and the goalie in the below video thinks that he has stopped one.

The only problem for this goalie is a little thing called gravity:

The Florida High School Football Version of "The Miracle at The Meadowlands"

If your name is Garrett Etheridge of Winter Springs high school, you should probably scroll down to another post on this fine blog but if not feel free to watch one of the strangest endings to a high school football game.

During the 5A-3 division tiebreaker in Florida, Winter Springs faced off against Oviedo, the game tied and all Winter Springs senior quarterback Garrett Etheridge had to do was kneel down to send the game to overtime.

Etheridge didn't do that and brought shades of the Miracle of the Meadowlands to Florida:

Ravens Offensive Lineman Joe Reitz Can't Jump

During last night's Baltimore Ravens/Carolina Panthers preseason affair, back-up quarterback Troy Smith scampered in on a quarterback draw for a touchdown.

Instead of celebrating himself, he gave the ball to offensive lineman and former college basketball player, Joe Reitz to celebrate.

Sadly for Reitz, he came up just a bit short on his celebration.

Matt Millen Screws Up Another NFL Draft

Just when you thought that Matt Millen would finally have an NFL Draft where he wouldn't screw up on something, Matt Millen screwed up on something.

Millen playfully made a comment toward ESPN's Ron Jaworski in reference to the term, "Polack" which can be construed as an offensive term to someone of Polish descent.

The people over ESPN were not too happy about that comment and forced Millen to make the below apology.

I guess that Mike Williams wasn't Millen's worst decision after all.

Swedish Hockey Player Skating FAIL

For those of you that have never gone ice skating, there is usually a protective plastic on the skate to protect the blade.

Well, one Swedish hockey player forgot to take that plastic off and tried to skate on the ice with it.

The above video is the result of that.
