In Today's Moment of Zen, remember House of Pain? The rap group came out with the hit of "Jump Around" back in the year of 1992.

Well, UNC forward Danny Green was known for his exploits of jumping around before games to the infamous song.



During the UNC victory celebration, Danny got a taste of what happens to someone who decides to dance during pre-game. You have to do it at the victory celebration.

Currrrrry to Peppperrrrs!

A little more YouTube action for you readers today. Back at UNC, future NFLers Ron Curry and Julius Peppers were not only teammates on the football field, but also the basketball court. In this video Curry leads the 3 on 2 break down the court after a missed three and finds Peppers for a thunderous slam. Not much love for Curry's ball handling, but a lot of love for the strength of Peppers on display here.
