Blake Lively is moving up in the cinema world. After her roles in the CW series Gossip Girl and Ben Affleck?s ?The Town?, she may be in the money for a franchise. ?Green Lantern? is expected to do well in theaters and if it does, Lively might find herself in latex. Her character Carol Ferris has a pretty hot alter ego and those superhero jumpsuits are always super sexy! According to the LA Times, Lively says she was intimidated but excited to be part of such a project.
?It?s intimidating, because it?s a movie that has so much money and so many stakes ? so many people are so invested in it. But what made me want the role that much more is that my character is a strong, militant, powerful woman who really challenges Hal. They?re rivals and are always butting heads. She comes in and says, ?Men are weak too.? It was just a really special female counterpart in a superhero film.?
