Former Dallas Mavericks coach/Former San Antonio Spur Avery Johnson became associated with the Saints back in 2006 when Sean Payton joined the team and asked him to do some motivational speaking during his first training camp. Johnson who grew up in New Orleans agreed to do it which essentially got him his all-access pass to Super Bowl XLIV.
Well after the game, Mr. Johnson got to raise the Lombardi trophy, it almost take the pain away from him losing the NBA title in 2005.
