Kerry Katona: The Next Chapter starts Wednesday 30 March at 9.00pm on ITV2
Kerry Katona isn't afraid to admit she finds comfort in being on television.
Kerry's enjoyed having a film crew follow her every move for her new reality series Kerry Katona: The Next Chapter, which starts next Wednesday.
'The cameras to me are like therapy,' says Kerry, 30.
'I wear my heart on my sleeve and if I say something I say it how I feel, so being able to talk to the camera without having an opinion back, it's quite nice.'
Kerry recently starred in Dancing On Ice and was crowned Queen Of The Jungle on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! back in 2004.
'There are some times that it's like, "Give me a minute or a break,"' she explained on ITV1's This Morning. 'But when the cameras are not there I feel a bit lost.
'They follow me everywhere - apart from the toilet!'
