Death Squads in Iraq
As Iraq slides into civil war, the death squads are increasingly active. Let me point out two facts:
1. There is growing evidence that the death squads are run out of the Ministry of the Interior
and
2. The Ministry of the Interior is largely under the control of the CIA.
Is this the Salvador Option in action, or out of control?
