So, according to this story in Firedoglake Christians are more likely to support torture than non-Christians. In one sense this is surprising, given what Christians claim to believe, and given that Jesus was tortured. In another sense, I suppose, given the long Christian history of engaging in torture of heretics and witches, it makes complete sense. As for me:
