Actress Lindsay Lohan will be pleading no contest to misdemeanor theft, and will be a no show in court to enter the plea. Lindsay Lohan will reportedly avoid jail time and is expected to receive probation.
Sources say that Lohan?s attorney, Shawn Holley, met with the new prosecutor on the case Monday, and the two came to an agreement that Lindsay wouldn?t serve any jail time. It is being said that Judge Stephanie Sautner told the lawyers she would sentence the actress, 24, instead to another year?s probation.

Lohan is already clocking in 380 hours at a shelter for homeless women. She was sentenced to community service after violating probation connected to her second DUI conviction in 2007. But, instead of the 120 days behind bars Lilo was looking at, for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace, Judge Sautner reportedly told attorneys that she?ll allow Lohan to serve that time at home with an ankle bracelet.
Last night (May 10), Lindsay, who had a big smile plastered on her face, was spotted at Gjelina restaurant.
