For those of you who decided to miss the end of the opening of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada; here is the classic video of the indoor torch lighting ceremony that didn't go according to plan.
The original plan was to have the four Canadian sports legends (Wayne Gretzky, Steve Nash, Nancy Greene, and Catriona LeMay Doan) each light a specific section of the "torch structure" in unision which would then light the middle cauldron.
The only problem was that one of the sections that was supposed to rise from the ground, didn't rise at all.
Then everything got akward for a few minutes....
