I realise this is very frivolous for a serious blog like mine, but I just had to post this image. I am not at all into babies but this is a pic of my partner Robin. I am posting it because it says so much about him. It really does capture his delightful nature and although he is much older now, he hasn't changed a bit. It reinforces the idea that we are born with a particular nature and, although we can work hard to change things about ourselves and sometimes succeed, it's all there in the initial blueprint, so maybe there is only so much we can do.The image was stolen from Robin's new blog about his life.
