Diego Forlan Takes Estonian Citizenship

In a move termed "slimy" by FIFA management, footballer Diego Forlan has renounced his Uruguayan citizenship to become an Estonian

Forlan has refuted claims that Harry Männil, a wealthy Estonian businessman in Central America thought by some to be dead, paid him an undisclosed sum to move to Estonia's national team.

"I was in Tallinn hanging out at Nimeta pub and I met a waitress there," said Forlan. "Is that such an unusual story for a foreigner in Tallinn?"

Forlan said he will take up residence immediately with Ilona in her family's Lasnamäe flat. "It is a bit crowded at the moment, but we are looking for an Old Town place." Forlan urged real estate agents to reach him via Skype (Skype name: NewGEP-10).
