For those of you that missed last night's controversial ending between the Rhode Island Rams and North Carolina Tarheels NIT semifinal, well we got it for you.
UNC currently holds the lead by the score of 68-67 with about 22.7 seconds on the clock. Rhode Island decides not to foul in this situation and forces a shot by UNC's Larry Drew who misses and Rhode Island's Lamont Ulmer corrales the rebound.
Then this happens.....
I'm think I'm onboard with ESPN analyst Fran Fraschilla on this one, the replay appears to show that Ulmer grabs the rebound and then is tripped by UNC's Will Graves. That clearly should been called as a foul or even a clear-path foul.
In the end, UNC moves onto the title game to face Dayton as Rhode Island gets "tripped" up.
