On the list things that you would expect at a European Poker Tour event, I'm going to assume that getting robbed by men at gun-point is not one of them.
Well, that's what happened the EPT went to Berlin as a heavily armed group of assailants stole over 1 million Euros. Some witnesses said they carried automatic weapons, machetes, and hand grenades.
What makes this story even more interesting was that it was caught on live television during a hand.
Thankfully, no one was harmed during the event and the event continued as scheduled but sans a few players including former tennis great Boris Becker.
