Hey guys,
After doing the favorite TTM post, I got back into a TTM mood. Now, I've only tried it twice (both around 9/1/09) and I haven't gotten either card back. One was Fred McGriff, one was Tom Glavine. For both I sent a 4" by 7.25" yellow padded envelope with a little SAE envelope inside (one of those real small ones, see through if you hold it up to the light), along with the cards. I also wrote "autograph request" at the bottom of their yellow envelope thing so that they wouldn't think it was anthrax or something.
So...is there anything else I should have done/anything else I should do? I know some people put pens, but some don't. I also know that some autos cost money, but usually they send stuff back for you to resend with money. I'm thinking my next three will be Peyton Manning, Warren Moon, and Pat Neshek. I don't even have a Neshek card...but I have some other stuff that maybe he'll sign. Does that sound like a good idea? Aiiiiieeeee...TTMs make me crazy.
Anywho, any advice would be greatly appreciated. I think I may send these cards out tomorrow, so it'd be nice to get suggestions to make this stuff come back to me!
