Usually on most punt returns, if the coverage team gets at least 6-7 players near the returner it is most likely a success.
Someone obviously did not tell that to Miami's Thearon Collier who returned this punt 60-yards for a touchdown with over 7-8 Virginia players in front of him or who had a chance to make the tackle.
Devin Hester would be proud.
