One thing that you have to say about Philadelphia Phillies is that they are at least giving on some level.
The below video features a relatively drunk female Phillies fan giving a lap dance to a very appreciate guy in a scooter.
Allegedly, this lap dance went on for over five minutes but the person recording the video could only catch the final 17 seconds on video.
