EPIC FAIL - Yankees Ballboy Tosses Away Jorge Posada's 1,500th Hit Ball

One thing that I do know about professional athletes is that they love keeping mementos/memorabilia related to their playing career.

So, when Yankees catcher Jorge Posada collected his 1,500th career hit, you'd assume that someone would make sure that the ball would be placed in a safe place for Posada to collect it later.

Well, the Yankee ball boy who retrieved the ball didn't receive that message as he tossed the ball into a bucket which appears to contain a bunch of other baseballs.

The best reaction is from Yankees announcer Michael Kay who flips out when it happens.
