This comes from a regular season game that happened a couple years ago at a Houston Rockets home game against the Sacramento Kings.
A guy decided to proposed marraige to his girlfriend and well, he failed miserably. Tracy McGrady had a good laugh as well as the Kings announcing duo of Jerry Reynolds and Grant Napear. (It is still unknown if it was real or not, however many have assumed that it is fake.)
