NBA roundup: Randolph suspended, NBA Trade, and McGrady injured

Los Angeles Clipper forward Zach Randolph has been suspended for two games for the punch that he threw at Phoenix Sun Louis Amundson in the Clippers 140-100 loss against the Suns.

Randolph commented that Amundson got to close to him and allegedly "tried to plant a kiss on him" when he cold-clocked him.

Amundson claimed that he did not try and kiss Randolph but only got in Randolph's face due to something Randolph said to him.

In other NBA news, a trade has occured between the Sacramento Kings and Chicago Bulls which sent John Salmons and Brad Miller to Chicago for Drew Gooden, Andres Nocoini, Michael Ruffin and Cedric Simmons. (Ruffin was traded to Portland for Ike Diogu and cash in a subsequent deal.)

Also, Rockets star Tracy McGrady who was part of many trade rumors has stated that due to injury he will be out for the season. A knee injury that sidelined him earlier in the season is the reason why.
