One of the big names that was floated around during the NBA trade deadline was Amare Stoudamire of the Phoenix Suns. The Suns were shopping Amare to Chicago, Portland, and Cleveland.
Well, Amare Stoudamire probably should have kept wearing those googles in the picture above. Stoudamire could be out for the rest of the season due to having surgery on a partially detached retina in his right eye. He resuffered the injury in the victory against the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday.
We already had the Tyson Chandler debacle with the Thunder, now this. This is defintely eye-rony, (I know, lame.)
