The one thing that I will remember about former Kansas City Royal George Brett was his intensity and it shows in the above clip that Brett has not lost it.
Recently while playing in a golf tournament, a local NBC station asked Brett regarding the criticism of current manager Trey Hillman and the criticism of the team.
Then Brett decided to go on a colorful rant about how sick he was of the way that the Kansas City Royals were being treated in the city of Kansas City and as an organization in Major League Baseball.
It’s nice to see a former player stand up for the organization that they played for even if it has been more than sixteen years since he last played for.
