Barack Obama's First Pitch...Just A Bit Outside

Today was Opening Day for Major League Baseball for teams not named the Boston Red Sox or the New York Yankees.

President of the United States of America Barack Obama carried out his presidential duties by throwing out the first pitch for the Nationals/Phillies affair. Barack paid a little tribute to his White Sox allegiance by wearing a White Sox hat when he threw out that pitch.

Obama's first pitch was a little outside and pretty much saved by Nationals 3rd baseman Ryan Zimmerman from being a wild pitch.

I have a feeling that if Zimmerman ever needs a presidential pardon, he'll get one.
