Dwayne Wade beats Los Bulls in double overtime

I think it is almost time that Dwayne Wade should be getting his MVP award as he put up another spectaular performance against the Chicago Bulls with 48 points, 12 assists, and 6 rebounds.

The Heat won in double overtime by the score of 130-127. The final seconds of double overtime, Wade stole the ball from Chicago guard John Salmons and went to the take game-winner three-point shot.

Wade has had a spectular year and the stats seem to back it up,

29.7 ppg (leads NBA)
7.7 apg
5.1 rpg
2.2 spg
1.4 bpg

That statline is very Jordan-esque. Although, it still appears that Kobe Bryant and Lebron James still have choke-hold of the award. Wade deserves credit for doing with a team essentially of Jermaine O'Neal, Jamario Moon, role-players and young guns.

You can also argue that if Wade was to be go down to to injury, the Heat would collapse like a house of cards. The Lakers and Cavaliers would still be competitive with the pieces that they have even with injuries to Lebron or Kobe.

Oh well, Dwayne Wade is "Flash" again and I think it is nice to have him back.
