The one thing that I know about the Japanese is that they produce some weird and wacky television shows and this clip from Kinchan and Katori Shingo's All Japan Costume Grand Prix ranks up there.
The show itself is sorta like "America's Got Talent", if they were all attempting to do skits with life-size puppets. In this clip, a "black-faced" Usain Bolt races against a common man.
Oh, you wanted a chick in bunny suit awarding a medal? You got it.
