Model/actress Estella Warren has been charged with four misdemeanors, stemming from her DUI arrest last month.
Warren was reportedly driving drunk when she hit three parked cars and fled the scene.� She was later arrested.
Estella, 40, then kicked an officer as she was being processed at the Los Angeles police station and removed her handcuffs and escaped.
But the model will not face charges because she hadn?t been booked into the system before she tried to run.
Warren is being charged with driving under the influence (DUI), hit-and-run, battery of a police officer, and resisting arrest.� If found guilty, she could be sent to the slammer for two years.
