Within the last 20 years there has been some very nice goals being made. Here are 10 of them for ya.
3 minutes 24 minutes In no particular order are in the line up Franzen,Federov,Yzerman,Maltby,Lidstrom,McCarty. Datsyuk and Zetterberg each have two of the top ten.
Henrik Zettergerg and Yohan Franzen assisted with a great pass out front for Yiri Hudler to deflect it perfectly over Hiller's glove(which is on his right). 1-0Darren Helm beats Hiller's blocker side on a very fast breakaway. Spectacular speed!Salanne gets an impressive goal pulling it from behind the net to dump it in. First goal for the Ducks 2-1
Filppula great effort passes to Datsyuk who takes a shot but then gets his rebound behind the net, centers it to Samuelson who scores 3-1. Perry scores on a terrible penalty call the score is now 3-2
After two periods of play the Red Wings have 25 shots and the Ducks have 20.
Bring on the Third Period!
Bobby Ryan scores but Rob Neidimeier's stick was in the way which messed which Ericson behind the net.
Dan Cleary scores the winning goal which amongst friends was my pick. Great Game Final 4-3 Red Wings Win game seven!!!!!!!!!
Darren Helm says "That was too close!"
Here are all the highlights from Game 7 Ducks Vs. Wings...
Datsyuk has at least 49 points the last 30 games. Goals include Cleary,Datsyuk,Zetterburg,Frazens goal was unassisted. Draper with the final goal, just as #35 Giguere on the was about to leave the net. 11 seconds left in the game Draper gets the puck and within about 4 seconds time, Draper gets a break away and takes a slap shot just above the face off circles and scores glove side. Conklin 11 straight wins at the Joe Louis Arena. On that note Osgood is temporarially in the minors so Jimmy Howard gets a chance to show his stuff tomorrow at the Minnesotas The Wild at 8:00 P.M.
Red Wings with 36 goals in the last 7 games.
Datsyuk with a really good move even though he didn't score on it.
Pavels 5th season in a row with over 20 goals. Still looking good making very few mistakes. Even when he does he ends up usually stealing the puck back. Roloson with a cheap shot hitting Cleary in the family jewels! I think he deserved to be kicked out of the game for that. If Avery can get in trouble for saying a few measly words than Roloson should of gotten some sort of punishment rather than a little penalty. Unfortunately I only saw the first period but I think the Wings pretty much were going to win the game. 5 goals in the first period a record this season for them.
Later...
I finally got time to see the rest of this game and what a spectacular game it was. 8-3 Rafalski,Lebda,Cleary,Datsyuk,Hossa,Sameulson,Leino and Hudler scored a goal! Here are the highlights even though a part of it repeats itself?
