During yesterday's French Open Final between Roger Federer and Robin Soderling, a fan rushed the court to try and put a hat on Federer. He was subsquently tackled by police when he was trying to escape.
Federer did look a bit amused as replays clearly show. The man who is named, "Jimmy Jump" has had a habit of intruding upon sporting events before.
Federer regardless of this took home the French Open crown by the final of 6-1, 7-6, 6-4. Federer won his fourteenth major championship to tie a record held by tennis great Pete Sampras. In the end, he did not need that hat after all.
